This Code of Conduct outlines the principles that guide how we interact with our employees, clients, suppliers, partners, regulators, and the public.

We strive to maintain the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and professionalism in everything we do.

  1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

We conduct our business in compliance with all applicable South African laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • The Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA)
  • The Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2 of 2000 (PAIA)
  • Applicable labour, commercial, and industry-specific legislation

We expect the same commitment to lawful conduct from those who engage with us.

English Freemasonry In South Africa does not tolerate unethical or unlawful behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Confidential business information is safeguarded against unauthorised access or disclosure
